Activate paypal using debit

ok, first login to your paypal account
continue, to the the profile and select add / edit bank account You will in order to enter a bank, bank code (can be seen below the list of bank codes), and account number. if you've managed to add a bank account, then click the CONTACT U.S. link located in the lower right. then click on send us an email. then select the topic BANK ACCOUNT / CREDIT CARD Confirming this subtopic "A BANK ACCOUNT" .. then fill in the decrypted message like this,

"I have problem on verifying my paypal account since I don't have credit card and I would like to verified my
paypal account using local Indonesian bank account."

Here should be written in English, because when using the Indonesian language
they will ignore your email. and this can be done if you have a premier account, if not, will be told to upgrade to premier. Once sent, wait about 1 day. There will be an answer from the paypal. Please read the email that paypal given to you and this must be inside your email from paypal : you will be asked details and proof of ownership of the account, then please send your ID card and account books. scan the account books and ID card your bank account, just after the cover they only need the contents of the name of bookkeepers, bank account number and stamp.
After sending the email, next email comes second. Email that to the 2 states
e-mail request is being processed and final approval and verified.

Then if no answer from paypal, please send return email to paypal to ask for immediate answers on promised. good luck. = D
